Refund / Return
1. You can request to return purchased product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. To apply for the refund and return, the purchased product should meet the below-mentioned conditions:
Correct Product: The product/ brand/ article number/ bar code should match. Do not detach and damage the MRP tag.
Unused Product: The purchased product will only be eligible for a return if it is unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and without any fragrance.
Complete Product: If the purchased product includes an add-on or comes in a combo while returning all the products should be present.
Undamaged Product: Only the undamaged product without holes and tears will be eligible for return.
- MRP Tag: Tags should be attached with the product and undamaged.
3. Only after receiving the product and quality check, the refund will be initiated.
4. Any used promotional voucher (Gift Voucher & Discounted or any other offer voucher) will not be refunded.
5. If the purchased product fails in the quality check, the refund procedure will not be initiated further.
6. To ensure the highest safety and hygiene standards, we do not accept return request on masks.
7. The maximum amount of INR 100 will be refunded for each product if the customer sends the product using any courier service.
8. We initiate the refund after verifying all the order, product and customer details. The refund process may take upto 14 working days after verification of all the details.
9. International orders are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
10. Certain products on sale or discount may not be eligible for return or exchange. Such items have this condition mentioned on the product description page, hence we request you to kindly check the product description page thoroughly.
You may choose to exchange the purchased item for the reason of size mismatch or incase you wish to buy some other item only once per order. However, if the desired size or item is not available at that moment, the amount would be refunded as per our refund and return policy.
Please call us on +91-9825118714 or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a cancellation. Cancellation is allowed only if the product is not shipped from our end. (We usually ship within 24 hours after receiving the order)
Returning the product
We generally arrange the reverse pickup of the product incase of exchange or return. However if the reverse pickup courier facility is not available then the customer has to courier the product back to us by properly packaging the product in a safe & secure way.
